Is a HUGE waste of time. The new "Redlove Era" apple is red all the way to the core making it appear like a tomato. And although this new apple wasn't genetically made -- it was done through cross-pollination and grafting (I thought that was for burn victims?) -- it still took 20 years to make. 20 YEARS!?!?!? Don't you think we need to be putting our efforts elsewhere? You know like Cancer research, eliminating world poverty, capping a gushing oil leak in less than 3 months....Immediately after hearing about this new apple, I could only think about Jerry Seinfeld's take on the seedless watermelon:
